[blog & rss] not big deal right ,forbes.com !?

When i was happy to add bloom rss channels provided by forbes.com to my rss reader, there is something wrong. the link on the xml icon of video network is wrong. i could not find the rss file which the link supposed to located. after a few seconds check, i knew it's because of typing error. The editor add extra 'b' into that link so rss reader complain about the missing file .
not big deal.

later, i think i should report the media about the tiny error ,so that both those rss-readers out-there and the media can make their day more easier. I type a email to the error@forbes.net
when i back to my gmail next day, there is a "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" reply laid in my mail box. what the hell?..

I soon came back to forbes.net and check the link again. the page error is fixed and original icon is replace by 'add to my yahoo' sort of that. apparently they just knew some err happened. but what did i got? a return file claim to "File too large" ? a couple bytes that spam the mail box!?

i got no words from the forbes' guy. no thanks ,no apology, no public announcement with only fixed pages and a deadly return mail in my mail box. What' wrong with forbes?

i would be happy to see a positive attitude toward their mistake.
i would support forbes.com if they did so if some other day they *pusi* some readers.
i feel sad about the media , although it's just a tiny little thing.
