He mention serveral important ideas.
I summarize into:
1.Test first , let the defect come earily
2.To address Biz change , use flexible framework.
3.framework must include example.reference is not enough.
4.Draw high level biz processes plan , let the tool generate code for you.(UML profile for special domain)
5.waterfall method is obsolute.
